Shipping
The delivery is only within Germany, the EU and Switzerland. Our service partners are DPD, UPS (parcel) and Deutsche Post (letter). The dispatch takes place in each case immediately after receipt of payment, if at the time of order the availability "immediately" with the article was deposited. On any deviating delivery times, we refer to the respective product pages.
Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
Germany:
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for shipping within Germany shipping costs of 3.90 EUR under 40 EUR value of goods. From a value of 40 EUR, we deliver free shipping within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Further taxes or costs do not apply.
EU-Countries:
Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark: up to 74,99 EUR value of goods 5,90 EUR shipping costs, from 75 EUR free shipping.
France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Monaco, Bulgaria: up to 74,99 EUR value of goods 7,90 EUR shipping costs, from 75 EUR free of charge.
Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Norway, Lithuania, Romania, Iceland: up to 99,99 EUR value 24,90 EUR shipping costs, from 150 EUR free shipping.
Switzerland, Liechtenstein:
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein it eliminates the statutory german VAT. From 50 EUR net value of goods however customs duties exclude Swiss VAT., which are charged by the responsible parcel service (Swiss Post or others) on behalf. The shipping costs to Switzerland are 9.90 EUR net up to a net value of 99.99 EUR net, above that we deliver free of charge to Switzerland.
