Shipping

Delivery is available only within Germany, the countries listed below, Switzerland, and Norway. Our service partners are DHL and Deutsche Post (letter mail). Shipments are dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment, provided that the item’s availability was listed as “immediate” at the time of order. We indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product pages.

Costs

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

Germany:

In addition to the listed prices, we charge a shipping fee of 5.90 EUR for deliveries within Germany on orders under 100 EUR. For orders totaling 100 EUR or more, we offer free shipping within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly displayed again on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and on the order page. No additional taxes or fees apply—with the exception of bulky items (surfboards), for which we charge 49.95 EUR per order.

EU Delivery Countries:

Austria: For orders up to 149.99 EUR, shipping costs are 7.90 EUR; orders of 150 EUR or more qualify for free shipping—with the exception of bulky items (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge 99.95 EUR per order.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: For orders up to 149.99 EUR, shipping costs are 9.90 EUR; free shipping for orders of 150 EUR or more—with the exception of bulky items (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge 99.95 EUR per order.

Denmark, Portugal, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Spain, the Slovak Republic, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Finland: For orders up to 149.99 EUR, shipping costs are 12.90 EUR; free shipping for orders of 150 EUR or more—with the exception of bulky items (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge 99.95 EUR per order.

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Iceland, Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria: For orders up to 149.99 EUR, shipping costs are 19.90 EUR; free shipping for orders of 150 EUR or more—with the exception of bulky items (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge 199.95 EUR per order.

Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway:

For deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, German statutory VAT does not apply. However, for net order values of 50 EUR or more, customs duties plus applicable VAT will be charged; these are collected by the relevant package service (Swiss Post or others) on our behalf. Shipping costs to the countries listed above are 14.90 EUR (net) for orders up to a net merchandise value of 149.99 EUR; above that amount, we offer free shipping (applies only to goods suitable for package shipping)—with the exception of bulky items (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge 199.95 EUR per order
